Job Description 
Supply and erect scaffolding to insurance safety standards.
Apply high-visibility tape to scaffolding at pedestrian level.
Supply all equipment, ladders and materials.
Remove peeling and flaking paint from all surfaces, fill and sand smooth.Use only water-based gloss and emulsion paints. 
Apply a quality gel-type thick undercoat.Apply two coats gloss black to match original, to all exposed timbers.
Apply two coats of gloss white to window surrounds to match existing.
Apply two coats of gloss black to the door and door surrounds to match timbers.
Work safely and clean up debris and spillages before leaving the site each day.
