About the Demonstration Site

Description

The Demonstration Site serves the following purposes:

                               
• As implemented here, it is a way for you to familiarize yourself with how JobWarden works from your customers’ or providers' point of view
               
• As implemented in your site, it will serve both as a demonstration for the benefit of your prospects, and as an online help for your existing users

  The “Demo Home” Page  The page you are on is the demo home page. We have used it here to introduce you to the Customer Interface aspects of the JobWarden system. You will be able to enter your own “Demo” content when your site is implemented   The “Jobs” Page  By opening one of the the “Jobs” listed below, you will be able to see how Jobs are handled. If you buy the JobWarden service, you will be able to tailor the Jobs Demo area to your needs.Your “Customers’ Home” Pages  The structure of your individual customers’ pages will follow the “Demo” scheme exactly. The differences are:

                               
• Access will be controlled by password and
               
• The banner name on each page will be the name of an individual customer

  In that form you would use each “Customer Home Page” as a “portal” to that customer’s area, where you will be able to keep them up-to-date with more general (not job-specific) information which affects them. Provision has been made for two categories of announcement:

                               
• News and
               
• Priority

  The “Customers’ Jobs” Pages  The “Jobs” pages of each customer’s area will of course be used to display job status and related items.
