Account Setup

We will require the following information from you to set up your account:

1. Your e-mail address, First Name, Last Name and preferred online "Screen Name." Your "Screen Name" will be associated with entries made by you in your account spaces.
2. The name you want for your site. This will normally be your business name
3. We will need an image of your logo in jpg or gif format
4. Your registered domain name if you want the account hosted under your own domain name
5. Your Home Site has provision for up to nine (9) categories of entry. Please choose a list of categories for your site. Refer to the sidebar at left under the heading "About Jobwarden" for the category list used by JobWarden to get an idea of what this means. You will see ten (10) entries there. The tenth one at the top is the "Home" link, which we will set up to display all categories of entry. Each of the nine categories can be set to your requirements, BUT CANNOT BE CHANGED LATER WITHOUT INCURRING EXTRA CHARGES.
6. Tell us whether you want your forum activated or not. The forum can be activated later if you want to first gain experience with your main site
7. Give us the Company/Organizational names and e-mail addresses of your customers for which you want customer spaces set up, along with at least one user name (First and Last) and "screen name" for that account.
8. State which demo "Case" or cases from the JobWarden Demo you want included in your demo space, if any. If you do not want any of the available cases, state whether you want a demo space or not. If you want a demo space without any of the available cases, you will have to populate your demo space yourself.
