How to Get Support

JobWarden provides online support, which is obtained by:

  • Clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the "Contact Us" link on the sidebar at left, and entering details.
  • Using our support forum. We strongly recommend the latter approach because:
    • It affords more flexibility (for example you can create your own support topics to follow)
    • You have more powerful features at your disposal, such as creating links and spell-checking
    • And over time, the Forum will accumulate a wealth of helpful information, and attract helpful contributions from other users.

The truth of the matter is that the creators of the JobWarden service are unlikely to be able to foresee all the ways in which the service can be used. Moreover, any difficulty or question that you might have is likely to be of interest to other users, so it makes sense for the user community to help add to the body of knowledge by reporting difficulties and solutions in the open, where all can enjoy the benefits.

Naturally we will take care of bugs and requests for new features.

Note that you can have a support Forum of your own where you can provide your customers with support. Your forum would be focused upon your products and/or services, and as such it can be made accessible only to your users, unless you specify that it should be open to all visitors to your site. A forum will be set up for you by default when you place your order, but it can be de-activated if you so desire.
